Your team
Within the EUROCONTROL's Human Resources the Rules and Regulations - Social Dialogue Service (HRS/RSD) is in charge of maintaining and supporting changes to the EUROCONTROL's legal employment framework. As such, the Service organises and manages the formal consultation process between the administration and the recognised Trade Unions.
Your role
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a dynamic trainee who will be involved in the varied activities of the HRS/RSD service and assist legal experts or the team leader in:
- identifying conflictual legal issues related to employment conditions;
- drafting legal texts and communications, providing advice and stand points;
- making extensive case-law research among international organisations;
- following-up development of processes, their efficiency and legal compliance; dealing with other internal services;
- assessing and understanding legal requirements expressed by managers;
- contributing to meetings;
- follow-up actions;
- drafting reports and minutes; amongst others.

At EUROCONTROL our working languages are English and French. For this particular post, you will need to have an excellent command of English and a working knowledge of French would be an asset. We are a very multicultural and diverse organisation, so knowledge of additional languages would also be an advantage.
DESIRED DURATION
We would like you to stay with us for 6 months and start your traineeship as soon as possible. A possible extension can be considered in order to maximise your learning experience.
Your profile
Candidates shall be students who have recently obtained their degree (degree completed within the last 12 months) in law. Work experience in the field will be considered.

- This opportunity falls under the Traineeship Programme Regulations.
- A flat-rate allowance of €900 per month as a contribution towards living expenses will be granted.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses to take up appointment and leave may be covered by means of a lump sum.
