Your team

We, the Training Support and Tools Team, are looking for a student or recent graduate in Psychology to join our dynamic and international team to support EUROCONTROL’s training activities in EUROCONTROL’s HQ from June 2019.

One of the role of our team is to provide the "First European Air Traffic Controller Selection Test" (FEAST) which is a battery of tests allowing Air Navigation Service Providers to select the most suitable candidates for Air Traffic Control (ATC) training. The FEAST assesses the knowledge, skills and abilities of applicants that are relevant and necessary for the job of an air traffic controller (ATCO).

Your role

As our Psychology trainee, you will report to your mentor and apply your skills to achieve the tasks of your traineeship with us. Your role with us will be:

✈ To support to test development activities;

✈ To research on subjects linked to FEAST;

✈ To participate in the analysis of FEAST data;

✈ To support quality assurance of FEAST software platform.

Your qualification

You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology and you have an interest in discovering the world of Aviation.

At EUROCONTROL, the working languages are English and French. As part of our unit and given the nature of your role, you need to be proficient in English (both verbal and written).
