Your team
We, the Staff Planning and Talent Management, are looking for a student or recent graduate to join our dynamic and international team to support the recruitment and mobility activities in EUROCONTROL’s HQ. While sharing our passion for HR, you will learn about our various posts and processes, build up your own network of contacts, discover our divisions, and gain an overview of EUROCONTROL, our culture and our working environment. You will gain an insight into the world of European Aviation.

Your role
As an HR trainee, you will report to your mentor and apply your skills to achieve the tasks of your traineeship with us. Your role with us will be:
✈ To participate in the selection and recruitment procedures by organising meetings, interviews, testing sessions, drafting offers and correspondences;
✈ To draft and issue decisions related to selection, career management and organisational changes;
✈ To provide support on HR tools and processes and propose service improvements;
✈ To support your fellow trainees to fulfil all their administrative steps as part of the Traineeship Programme Management;
✈ To be the business partner of your fellow trainees and guarantee a Trainees community within the Agency through diverse activities.
Your qualification
You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a domain relevant and applicable to HR, e.g. Human Resources (obviously), but also Public Relations, Communication, Administrative Assistance or Business Administration and you have an interest or are eager to discover the world of Aviation. At EUROCONTROL, the working languages are English and French. As part of our unit and given the nature of your role, you are proficient in French (both verbal and written) and have a good working knowledge of English.
