Your team
Within the Directorate Central Route Charges Office and Finance, the Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the CF Quality, Process & Improvement activities.
This traineeship offers a practical experience in finance and business process improvement, coupled with quality management. MAIN LEARNING OBJECTIVES & TASKS
Concretely, this is what you will be doing:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, encompassing the organisation and preparation of meetings and workshops, creation of documents, word processing, and report compilation.
- Assist in mapping and documenting various processes, operational procedures, and the creation of user manuals and training materials.
- Facilitate the implementation of the document management system, manage the associated SharePoint site, enforce document control standards, and perform quality assurance checks on key documents.
- Manage and update content on the CF Intranet pages.
- Actively contribute to and participate in Directorate-level improvement projects.
DESIRED DURATION

Your profile
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from post-secondary programme of 3 years in a relevant domain (Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint, or a quick aptitude for learning new software and technologies;
- Strong drafting and proofreading skills in English;
- Excellent scrutiny skills, with an inquisitive mind and good attention to detail;
- Good organisational and coordination skills, coupled with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced, challenging international environment;
- Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviours of the Agency, i.e. result-driven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity and team-player approach;
- The working languages of the Agency are English and French. For this particular job, thorough knowledge of English is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- You are a national of one of the EUROCONTROL or ECAC Member States;
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree, and you are about to graduate or have recently graduated. If you are a recent graduate, the traineeship should start within 12 months of obtaining your latest degree;
- You must be at least 18 years of age on the first day of your traineeship;
- You must be unemployed at the start date of your traineeship at EUROCONTROL;
- The working languages of the Agency are English and French. For a traineeship, you must have an excellent command of English. A knowledge of French would be an asset.
